though Warner Bros. own’s the rights to the Looney Tunes series, the Merrie Melodies series and the cartoon characters like Porky Pig and Daffy Duck, but none of them were’t good enough to be the studio mascot. so it was one day Leon and the 4 Warner Brothers and some of the Warner Bros.’s animates were having a meeting about creating another new animated cartoon character to star in both the Looney Tunes series and the Merrie Melodies series, and to be the cartoon studio’s mascot too.

Harry Warner:

OK everyone now we know that our company studio owns the right to both animated cartoon short series like The Looney Tunes series and the Merrie Melodies series.

Albert Warner:

yes that’s true even no from 1929-1933 we didn’t own Hugh and Rudy’s animated Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies cartoon characters like Bosko and Honey and we didn’t.

Sam Warner:

but we still own the cartoons and they didn’t, and since they quit our studio for MGM and took Bosko with them, we had nothing but both Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series and names of cores.

Jack l. Warner:

and in 1933 we built our own animation studio, so we can make more cartoons then ever before with our own characters copyrights to our studio.

Leon Schlesinger:

and we created Buddy and Cookie to replace Bosko and Honey in 1933, but than came Porky Pig in 1935 replace Buddy and Cookie, and in 1937 along came Daffy Duck to make Porky like a sidekick, then in 1940 along came Elmer Fudd.

Friz Freleng:

yes so Leon?

Leon Schlesinger:

so, Porky’s OK but not good enough to be the cartoon studio’s mascot. we need new character that world can love.

Tex Avery:

right so a character to be both mascot and spite of the Warner Bros. studio too Leon.

Leon Schlesinger:

yes of cores Tex. so maybe can you created another animated cartoon character for both the Looney Tunes series and the Merrie Melodies series and to be The Warner Bros.’s studio’s mascot too you know.

Tex Avery:

well maybe Leon, but I’ll see what I can do Boss.

Leon Schlesinger:

Tex Avery:

I’ve got it.

Tex comes up with a good idea for a new perfect cartoon character for both Warner Bros.’s 2 animated cartoons series like The Looney Tunes series and The Merrie Melodies series and to be Warner Bros.’s studio cartoon mascot too. he draws and paints the new character, and soon, like magic, a bunny rabbit appears chewing and eating on a carrot.

Tex Avery:

there perfect.

then the drawn animated cartoon rabbit starts to come to life and moves off the paper all by it’s own self.

then Tex takes the new cartoon character to show to Leon, the 4 Warner Brothers, Porky and Daffy too.

Tex Avery:

I’ve did it, the new animated Looney Tune cartoon character to star in both the Looney Tunes series and the Merrie Melodies series, and to become Warner Bros.’s studio’s cartoon star mascot too.

Leon Schlesinger:

really well than, let’s see it right now.

yes about Daffy, he like’s go to over his head about being a bigger star in cartoons, when it comes to making some Warner Bros.’s cartoons when he’s in some of them.

just then Elmer comes into the room too.

Leon Schlesinger:

arr Elmer there, I would like to Bugs Bunny the new cartoon star and mascot of our studio, and Bugs this is Elmer Fudd who hates rabbits so much.
